Shirley and her husband Orman Strand were called by God to found this prophetic ministry in 1997.  The vision is to share the refreshing and freedom found in Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Licensed and ordained by Pastor Dutch Sheets through Freedom Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Shirley has ministered in conferences, seminars, retreats, and churches across America. She has regularly served on prophetic ministry teams at Freedom Church and in conferences such as Dr. C. Peter Wagner’s National School of the Prophets.  Shirley has also been a guest on the DayStar television stations.

Shirley received the Lord as personal Savior in 1973 at Melodyland Christian Center in Anaheim, California.  The Lord soon called her into the ministry.  Orman and Shirley have two sons.
